Liam McIntyre

 

Liam has been a working actor for almost a decade, with notable performances on stage throughout Melbourne. He achieved international success with the Starz hit series Spartacus, replacing the late Andy Whitfield as the titular hero. He has also appeared in Hercules directed by Renny Harlin, The Killing Field for Channel 7 and The Flash for the CW.

 

He recently started his production company, Ardent Films. Its mission is to find powerful character driven narratives to create special, small budget cinematic experiences, and genre pieces that can really pack a punch. The company is also working with its partners to expand into developing for television. With his wife he also runs Run of the Mill Records, a small boutique record label.

 

At home he is married to his beautiful wife Erin, whose incredible soprano voice makes every day like a Disney fairytale. He splits his time between the US and Australia, and anywhere else on this beautiful Earth he gets sent. He loves computer games more than most people should, and prides himself on having a cupboard full of board games and Star Wars shirts. He considers himself a very, very lucky man.
